11 Months

Another month has come and gone quickly and Daphne is growing just as fast.  This month was quite eventful.  We spent the 4th of July in Las Vegas and attended cousin Easton's baptism the same weekend. We returned home on Sunday July 6th and that same night Daphne pulled herself up for the first time.  Now she walks along furniture and tries to walk on her own but she doesn't like getting any help and will usually just sit down if her hands are being held.   The very next day on July 7th, she cut her first tooth.  Getting teeth has not been too rough for her; in fact she usually sleeps through the night now. Later that week,on July 11th, she started clapping. The following week was Matt's 34th birthday.  The next day on July 17th she said her first word, "mama," with meaning.  We spent last weekend in Price and had a fun time with grandma, grandpa, and the cousins.  Now she is getting a second tooth and getting into everything!
